CORPUS Kids Academy

The CORPUS Kids Academy, founded in 2022 in collaboration with Leiden European City of Science, aims to inspire children and young people about science and strengthen the connection between society, healthcare, and science.

Each month, CORPUS organizes a new edition of the Kids Academy, specifically for children between 8 and 12 years old. During these interactive live events, experts guide young participants through their field of expertise via engaging activities. The topic s align seamlessly with the pillars of CORPUS, encouraging children to move more, eat responsibly, and live healthily.

CORPUS Kids Run

Movement is essential for a healthy lifestyle, and the CORPUS Kids Run brings this message to life in a fun and engaging way. This annual running event in Leiden, sponsored by CORPUS, is part of the Leiden Marathon and is specially designed for children of different ages.

During this sporting event, young participants not only get introduced to running but also experience how fun and important it is to stay active. The Kids Run promotes not only physical activity among children but also raises awareness among parents and ca about the importance of a healthy lifestyle.
